All fully paid towel orders will pass product quality inspection, neat rolling and sealed outer packaging within 1–3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and official statutory holidays are excluded from processing time.

All international towel shipments may be subject to import tariffs, local consumption tax and customs clearance administrative fees formulated by destination authorities. All such additional expenses shall be solely undertaken by the buyer.
Expedn shall not bear responsibility for delivery stagnation caused by customs inspection, document review or textile import compliance checks.
Tracking numbers will be generated right after your towel packages leave our warehouse. Please allow 24–48 hours for courier backend systems to finish data synchronization and display real-time logistics movement records.
Customers are fully accountable for filling in complete, accurate recipient addresses and valid contact information when purchasing towels.
If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to wrong, missing or invalid address information, buyers need to pay extra reshipping fees for a second delivery arrangement.
